Y.J. Green was born and raised in Baltimore City. She is the middle child of the late Wiley & Delores Etheridge. She has two siblings, Deborah A. Daniel & Wiley D. Etheridge and is the devoted wife of 32 years to Garry M. Green, Sr. and loving mother to Garry M. Green, Jr. and in-law to Kim Green. She is also known as NaNa to Jaylin Christopher & Tiarra Renee' Green. While Yvonne J has enjoyed lucrative careers in retail and banking, her greatest pleasure has always come from her family and her commitment to do for others. It is with this sentiment that "The Heart of a Mother" was written.
