Tracie Lynn Davis was born November 25, 1962 in Seattle, Washington. She was the fourth child of her parents, Minnie Lee and Freddie Davis, Sr. Tracie attended Pierce College majoring in Early Childhood Education. She had a love for children and knew how to connect with people of all ages and backgrounds. In September of 1993, she was blessed with the birth of her pride and joy, Byron Davis-Perkins. Tracie worked for 17 years at Saint Mary's Episcopal School as a PE teacher and became a jack of all trades. Her company TLD Productions promoted comedy shows that brought in many major acts. Tracie departed this earthly life surrounded by the love of her family on June 15, 2021. Her poetry and paintings were posthumously published in 2025.
