Kelsha Dione Goins was born October 8, 2005, in Monroe, Louisiana. She is the daughter of Krystal Rucker (Omar) and Kelvin Goins. She is a member of Macedonia Baptist Church. Her motivation beyond this book is to send a message to young people her age, or even adults who want insight on her generation and the struggle of some teens during this time. With this message, she also fulfills her mission on spreading God's Word. The main goals are to inspire, be ambitious, and motivate others to be their best selves.
