Dr. Lula B. Williams the Executive Director of Family Development Enterprise, Inc., is a Dentist, teacher (academical and Biblical), a faith-driven leader, advo cate, and visionary with a lifelong commitment to youth development, family stability, and second-chance minis try. She is the founder and executive leader of Family Development Enterprise, Inc., a community based nonprofit organization (started in 1991operating pro grams in Arkansas and Louisiana), dedicated to serving youth ages 10-19 that’s been involved in the juvenile justice system, youth with parents in the correctional system, foster care, and youth from at-risk environments.

With decades of experience in leadership, mentor ship, and community-based intervention, Dr. Williams has helped countless young people discover purpose beyond their past. Her work is grounded in biblical principles, trauma-informed care, and a deep belief that transformation happens when structure, love, and faith intersect.

Dr. Williams is known for her unwavering commitment to restoring hope, building character, and equipping families and communities to walk alongside youth with compassion and accountability.
