Dr. Frank A. Jones, III is the Pastor and Founder of City of Refuge Ministries in White Castle, Louisiana. He is the husband of Felisha Nelson Jones for 32 years and the father of three amazing kids Raven, Stephen, and Bryanna Jones. Along with three wonderful grandkids. He is an accomplished Pastor, preacher, and teacher whose ministry has spanned more than three decades.
